Refund Policy

Drivesafe Academy Vernon Ltd. is committed to providing quality driving instruction and fair business practices. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Lesson Packages and Prepaid Services

• Refunds for prepaid lesson packages may be requested before lessons begin.

• Once a lesson package has started, refunds will be issued only for unused lessons.

• Any lessons already completed will be deducted from the refund at the regular lesson rate.

2. Single Lessons

• Payments for single driving lessons are non-refundable once the lesson has been completed.

• If cancellation is made in accordance with our cancellation policy, the payment may be credited toward a future lesson.

3. Cancellations and No-Shows

• Students must provide at least [48] hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

• Cancellations made with insufficient notice, or failure to attend a scheduled lesson (no-show), will result in the lesson being charged in half and no refund will be issued
