By booking lessons or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility

Students must meet legal age and licensing requirements and present a valid license for each lesson.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Lessons must be booked in advance and paid for before the lesson begins.

  • Lesson packages must be paid in full.

  • Prices are subject to change.

3. Cancellations & No-Show

  • At least [24 / 48] hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.

4. Refunds

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Completed lessons are non-refundable.

5. Student Conduct

Students must arrive on time, follow instructor instructions, and behave safely. Lessons may be ended without refund if a student is unsafe, impaired, or disrespectful.

6. Vehicle Use

Training vehicles are for instruction only. Smoking, vaping, drugs, and alcohol are prohibited.

7. Liability

Driving involves risk. Drivesafe Academy Vernon Ltd. is not responsible for losses or damages beyond what is required by law.

8. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services means acceptance of the updated terms.
